The annual Germany-wide benchmark, jointly conducted by Focus Infocom, NetCheck and the leading technology magazine CHIP/CHIP Online, was performed during July and August, 2013. This year, the data volume and amount of measurements was again increased, resulting in more than 14.000 km in drive and train measurements.

Among other “firsts”, Focus Infocom’s new universal benchmarking back pack system was used, which combines LTE data measurements with full 2G, 3G and 4G/CFSB telephony measurement capability and PESQ and POLQA audio MOS support.
